The Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs took an easy senior day win over Emory on Saturday. They took the lead 4-0 after the first quarter and then extended that lead to 13-2 at half. The Bulldogs gave up 3 goals in the 3rd quarter but scored 6 of their own and then added 5 more in the final quarter to defeat the Eagles 24-5.
Justin Bell led the Bulldogs with game high 6 goals. He also had 2 assists for the Bulldogs. Parker Thomas had 5 goals for Tennessee Wesleyan and six assists. Mason Onstott got in the action tallying 4 goals and 2 assists. Jackson Isler put in 3 of his own and assisted one as well as Chase Welch. Chas Welch, Jordan Hart and Tyler Hunt each scored one goal.
Ryne Owen stared in the goal having four saves and giving up 5 goals. Brandon Scott finished the game in the goal getting 5 saves.
The Bulldogs play next on April 13th at Kennesaw State at 7:00 pm.
