Number one Westminster squeaked out a win over non ranked Tennessee Wesleyan.
By the end of the first quarter the Bulldogs saw themselves tied up 2 to 2. Then it started to get away from them with a half time score of 4 to 3, with a third quarter of 7 to 5. The fourth quarter is when the Bulldogs started to come on strong bringing the game with in one with 2:30 minutes left in the game but it was not enough. The final score was 10-8.
"We matched up well with the defending national champs and current number one team in the nation", says Coach Young. "We beat them on paper but games are not won on paper they are won and lost on the field."
The next men's lacrosse game is not until spring break in which the Bulldogs will be taking on The University of North Florida, Jacksonville University and #9 Southwestern University.
