Jacob Simmons has signed to run Men's Cross Country and Track for Tennessee Wesleyan College beginning in the 2012-2013 season. Jacob is from Crossville, TN and attended Stone Memorial High School. Simmons placed 10^th at the 2011 A-AA Tennessee Cross Country State Championships and 5^th at the 2011 A-AA Tennessee Track and Field State Championships.

Coach Jakubowski states "signing Jacob is huge for both our cross country and track programs.  He will come in and have a large impact on the team right away.  I have watched him race several times and was always impressed with his competitiveness and work ethic.
