TWC hosted Talladega College on Monday for senior night.  Kourtney Burris and Ashley Miller were both honored in between the two games.  The Lady Bulldogs took both games in five innings winning 11-1 in the first and 15-6 in the second.

The Lady Bulldogs scored runs in all four innings with Talladega scoring their lone run in the top of the third.  Wesleyan score two in the first, four in the second, two in the third, and three in the fourth.   The Lady Bulldogs had 14 hits.  Kali Henderson went two for three with a double, a homerun, and three RBIs.   Hannah Smith went two for 4 with a double and two RBIs.  Amy Lokker was two for two with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored.  Brittany Kilduff threw a complete game allowing two hits and striking out six.

In the second game, Talladega took an early 6-0 lead, scoring four in the first and two in the second.  The Lady Bulldogs started to make a comeback scoring one in the third and then eleven in the fourth.  They scored the final two to end in the game in the bottom of the fifth.

Kourtney Burris went three for four with two homeruns and seven RBIs.  Courtney Gobble went three for four with a double, two RBIs, and two stolen bases.  Hannah Smith went two for four with a triple and two runs scored.  Ashley Miller had a complete game giving up seven hits and striking out one.

Next game for the Lady Bulldogs is Wednesday April 9th against Bryan College at 5:00 pm.
