The No. 8 seeded Bulldogs of Tennessee Wesleyan upset the No. 5 seeded Warriors of Midland, 9-5 in the first game of the day.
Tennessee Wesleyan held a 6-3 lead at the half, allowing only three goals by Midland in the second half to go on for the 9-5 win. Chelsea Walsh and Kelsey Crow had three goals apiece for the Bulldogs, while Cheyenne Bray contributed two and Paige Falkowski added one on the day.
Midland's Brianna Quandt led the way with two goals, with Alexis Morris, Elise Hubel and Sarah Hill each adding a goal.
Tennessee Wesleyan will take on the winner of the St. Andrews and Emmanuel matchup tomorrow at 1 p.m., while Midland will face the loser of the same game tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.
