The Bulldogs hosted Bryan College last Wednesday for a game that would prove to be important with Bryan in first place at 5-0 in the conference and TWC at 4-1.

The Bulldogs took the lead in the first half when Morgan Marsh scored the first goal in the 20th minute off a pass from Martyn Freestone.  Bryan scored in the 31st  minute and quickly afterwards but was called for off sides.  TWC put one in the goal before the end half but was also called for offsides, leaving the game tied at half.

8 minutes into the second half Laurence Hutchinson put in the go ahead goal with assists from Ross Nelson and Ryan Ejezie.  In the 79th minute Ryan Ejezie scored the game winning goal off passes from Jerome Headon and Garrett Koon.  Bryan scored in the final minute but came up short to tie the game giving the Bulldogs the 3-2 win.

The Bulldogs traveled to Virginia Intermont on Saturday hoping to remain in the top position.

Ryan Ejezie scored in the first 30 seconds to give the Bulldogs an early lead.  The lead didn't last very long when VI scored at 1:19.  The teams remained knotted through the first half.  In the 70th minute,. Nduka Kemjika kicked a penalty kick for the Bulldogs and scored the game winning goal.

The Bulldogs are now 6-1 in the conference, tied with Bryan for first.  The Bulldogs host Point University on Wednesday for a 3:15 pm kickoff.
