COVINGTON, GA. - The Tennessee Wesleyan College baseball team dropped a 6-3 decision to Georgia Gwinnett on Tuesday.

Tyler Wilson took the loss, allowing two runs on three hits with two strikeouts and five walks over three innings. Brent Adheen, Taylor Saucedo, Logan Longwith and Bradon Landris pitched in relief.

The Bulldogs out-hit the Grizzlies, 12-9. James Boddicker, K.J. Hockaday, Bryon Haag and Brad Carpenter had two hits each.

Wesleyan (14-12 overall) will play at Hiwassee College on Thursday, starting at 2 p.m. The Bulldogs will take a 6-2 league mark into a weekend series against Bryan College with a single game starting at 2 p.m. on Friday and a doubleheader at noon on Saturday.
