Megan Cox with 36-hole totals of 162 and 163 Monday and Tuesday on the Heatherhurst Brae Course, the Lady Bulldogs won the AAC Conference Women's Golf Tournament by 80 strokes over runner-up King. The Lady Bulldogs shot 695 in qualifying for the NAIA national tournament on May 12-15 at Rapid City, SD.
Foster had a rough front nine Tuesday with a 45 but shot 37 coming home to edge her teammate. Megan Cox was named AAC Player of the Year. Megan Cox and Natalie Foster were named to the All-AAC 1st Team, as well as the All-AAC Tournament Team. Samantha Cheatham and Jenna Lewis were named to the All-AAC 2nd Team. The team also won the Champions of Character Award.
