Yet again Tennessee Wesleyan was honored by the SELC Selection Committee for the second year in a row with a player of the year and this year with six all conference winners.

Last year Joel Gossner was awarded Rookie of the Year. This year Anthony Hunt received the honor of Specialty Player of Year. While Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs had three repeat All Conference players, Ryan Horvath (1st Team), Joel Gossner (1st Team), and Anthony Hunt (1st Team), they also had three freshman to make All Conference Team, John Lemoine (2nd Team), Kyle Howell (2nd Team), and Andrew Congleton (2nd Team). "I am very proud of the guys for their individual awards" a pleased Coach Young commented "But I still want them and the team to be focused on the team award of winning the SELC and going to the National Championship in Denver."

The Bulldogs take on Coastal Carolina first round of the playoffs on Friday in Atlanta, GA at Chattahoochee High School at 8pm.
