The TWC Men's Track team won the 2015 AAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in dominating fashion gathering 86 points over the two day event. Reinhardt University finished second with 34 points. Senior Joseph Mullen won the 5000 meter race and set a new AAC championship record with a time of 14:56.38. With the win, the Bulldogs have earned back to back AAC Track and Field Championships.
The Bulldogs lead in the tournament was never in doubt as they collected team points in 15 events. Indoor Track National Champion Avery Hubbard won the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.53, and Chaz Hawkins won both the 100 meter hurdles and 400 meter hurdles.
Joseph Mullen was named the AAC Male Athlete of the Meet. Head Coach Shawn Jakubowski was named the Coach of the Year for Men's Outdoor Track.
