The Bulldogs win 90-87 over the Eagles of Reinhardt University on Saturday.
Leland Robinson's trey among five points and buckets from Devante Jenkins and Charles White gave TWC an early, 9-1, lead. Scoring from Robinson and a Jenkins free throw opened an 11-point gap, 23-12. The Eagles began to chip away, pulling even at 37 and behind by only two at the half, 41-39.
Tennessee Wesleyan went up by six on a Tre Tiller hoop, but, once again, the Eagles rallied and stormed in front, 81-70, with six minutes to play. A three-point play from Jenkins started the comeback. Four points from Trey Suttles; dunk and tip-in by Tiller and basket from Jenkins later, Wesleyan was even at 83.
