The 2009 Men's soccer season opens on Saturday August 29 against Southern Poly on the campus of TWC. Southern Poly will be a big test for the young TWC squad. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.  The season promises to be an exciting one.  With the coaching staff's first recruiting class and a solid group of returners there is a real "buzz" again about TWC men's soccer.
The squad consists of 14 incoming freshman and 11 returning sophomores.  The confidence and talent levels are high and with a bit of hard work good things will come.  With this group of players the future of TWC men's soccer looks bright.
