Congratulations to Sarah Birgen!  Sarah, a sophomore from Tulsa, OK.,  was named "Runner of the Week" at the conference level.  The TWC men's & women's cross country team competed in the Berry Invitational this past weekend where Sarah finished third overall among 172 runners in the women's 5K with a time of 19:35.
