The Tennessee Wesleyan women's golf team finished second in the Piedmont College Fall Invitational. The team finished runner-up only to Methodist Unversity among schools in the ten team field. The tournament was shortened to one day after heavy rains cancelled both the practice round and first day play. The team was led by sophomore Natalie Foster's 82 followed by a career low 83 from junior Britany Rader, 90's from both Katelyn Weiner and Brittany Valentine and a 95 from Kendall Crosby. The team will next be in action when they travel to Rome, Georgia to participate in the Chick-fil-a Collegiate Invitational hosted by Berry College at the Stonebridge Country Club on October 5 and 6.
