Sarah Birgen qualified for Nationals this weekend in the AAC Cross-Country Championship.  The Nationals will be held in Vancouver, WA on November 21.  Sarah was also named to the AAC-All Conference team.  Congratulations to Sarah!

TWC women finished 3rd overall of the eight teams participating and the men finished 4th of six.
