The Women's Lacrosse team opened their season at home on Saturday, February 6th against Lindenwood University.  Although the team lost 17-3, Coach Kelam "was pleased with the effort shown in the game, there truly is no quit in any of these girls."  He continued with '"to have the number 9 team in the country not score its first goal until 5 min into the first half is a great achievement and something to build on.  I am happy to say that all of the mistakes that were made, are correctable.  The important thing to focus on is getting better each week".
