John Lemoine with 16 saves on Saturday and 30 saves on Sunday

The Bulldogs had a great weekend winning over Emory on Saturday to remain on the top of the South Eastern Lacrosse conference Central Division and then coming from behind on Sunday to beat previously undefeated Indiana University.

On Saturday, the score after the first quarter was tied 2-2 but the Bulldogs were able to go ahead by halftime.    In the third quarter Emory started to come back and took the lead 9-8.   The Bulldogs worked as a team and refused to give up.  They were able to score 8 goals to Emory's 1 and finish the game winning 16-10.  
     
Ryan Horvath led the team with 4 goals and two asssists.   Jackson Isler and Jacob each had 2 goals and 3 assists.   Joel Gossner had 3 goals while Austin Tosky and Justin Bell each contributed 2 goals.   Anthony Hunt put in one goal and Taylor Parker had one assist.   John Lemoine worked hard in the goal to have 16 saves.
  
On Sunday, at the University of TN, the Bulldogs defeated Indiana University 6-5.  Indiana University was ahead after the first (1-0) and second (4-1) quarters.  The Bulldogs fought hard, remained calm and came back to outscore Indiana 2-1 in the 3rd and 3-0 in the fourth quarter.  The Bulldogs defeated Indiana University with a final score of 6-5.
  
Ryan Horvath led the Bulldogs with 5 goals.  Austin Tosky had one goal and one assist.  Jackson Isler had 2 assists and Joel Gossner contributed one assist to the team.   John Lemoine had a remarkable 30 saves to limit Indiana to just 5 goals. 
  
The Bulldogs will play again on March 9th at Clemson University at 7:00 pm and then on March 10th at the Citadel at 4:00 pm.
