Tennessee Wesleyan College Lady Bulldogs had two members who represented the team and were named as 2010 Division II Women's Basketball Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athletes.  Katie Blevins and Amy Jo Castor are among 177 who were named throughout the country.   They were nominated by each institution's head coach and must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved junior academic status to qualify.                                                          
                       
Amy Jo Castor is a Junior at Tennessee Wesleyan College and is majoring in Business Administration. Castor is from Athens, TN and attended McMinn County High School. Castor has also been named an AAC scholar athlete twice. Castor is the daughter of Tom and Cathy Castor.    
                                                                                                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
       
Katie Blevins is a senior at Tennessee Wesleyan College and is majoring in Physical Education.  Blevins is from Athens, TN and attended McMinn Central High School. Blevins has been named an AAC scholar athlete three times and was also named NAIA Scholar athlete in 2009.  Blevins is the daughter of Mickey and Kelly Blevins.
