Nathan Storms from Farragut High School in Knoxville TN signs scholarship papers to become a member of the Tennessee Wesleyan College Soccer team.  Nathan is a goalkeeper on the 2009 Tennessee State champion, Farragut High School Soccer team.

Over the last four years Nathan has played for club teams Impact, FC Alliance and most recently Soccer Club Oak Ridge Fire.  Nathan says "I am thrilled to continue soccer in college and be able to stay in the State of Tennessee. Tennessee Wesleyan was a great fit for me academically as well"

Tennessee Wesleyan College Soccer coach Stephen Lyons said of Storms, "Nathan came in and had a good tryout with us, he comes from a great high school program and we are excited to have Nathan join us for next season".

Nathan is very active in his local community, he was the recipient of the "Top of the Mast Award" for leadership on the soccer team.  He is an Eagle Scout with troop 46 in Knoxville.  Nathan has also participated in the Ulster project; established to bridge the gap between Protestants and Catholics from Ireland. Said Coach Lyons, "Nathan is the kind of young man that will do great things at Tennessee Wesleyan, he has been an excellent role model both with his soccer teams and the community he lives in and we expect that to flourish here at TWC".
