Michelle Ingram has been playing Lacrosse since she was 7 years old when her passion for the game began at a weeklong camp where she was voted most valuable player. Michelle has participated in the local lacrosse chapter, TYLA, Triad LC and Gate City Lacrosse for over eight years. In 2007, she played for the Duke University Lacrosse Club where she received specialized training from the varsity ladies lacrosse coaching staff. Michelle was talented enough to play in several games her freshman year, scoring in her first varsity game. Co-captain of her team, Michelle, is one of the leading scorers for the Page High School program. Last year she scored 26 goals and had 10 assist helping her team reach the play-offs for the first time in school history with a 10-4 record. Michelle Ingram has signed to play Women's Lacrosse at Tennessee Wesleyan beginning in the fall of 2010. Michelle was honored at her signing by her Athletic Director who announced Michelle was the first women's lacrosse player from Page High School to receive a scholarship to College.
