McMinn County High School's senior captain Trent Huff signed his letter of intent to play college soccer at Tennessee Wesleyan College. Trent a defender and defensive midfielder was an integral part of the McMinn soccer team since his freshman year.

TWC Head Soccer Coach Stephen Lyons said "Trent is an excellent player, he was on the All-Region team his sophomore and junior seasons and All-District his freshman year. He is also a local lad and to get the captain of the local high school team is great for us."

Trent plays all year round, he also played on the Chattanooga Express club team. The experience Trent has through his four years playing in high school and playing on a good travel team stand him in good stead when making the jump to college soccer.

The TWC soccer team are happy to have Trent join them in the Fall.
