The Bulldogs were up against Xavier University in the first round of the NAIA National Tournament.  The Bulldogs were ranked at number 17 while Xavier was number 16 in the last poll.   The Bulldogs were ahead 2-1 after the doubles round when play was suspended due to the rain on Tuesday.  Play continued on Wednesday morning with the singles matches.  Eric Chastain won his singles match 6-4,7-6 and Juan Estevez was ahead when the match was called. Singles:
