Tyler Boyd, a center midfielder,  recently signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Tennessee Wesleyan College.  Tyler is a senior at East Ridge High School.  Boyd led his high school with nine assists last season.

East Ridge coach Jeremy McIntyre said, "He has a very good field sense and can find the open man.  He also is a very good defender and plugs up the middle.  Tyler is not only a great player but also an outstanding person.  He's a hard worker on and off the field."
