Tennessee Wesleyan swept the Appalachian Athletic Conference baseball weekly honors as Josh McDaniel is the Pitcher of the Week and David Bergin is the Player of the Week.
Tennessee Wesleyan is currently ranked No. 14 in the NAIA and boasts an overall record of 21-12 and is 5-3 in the AAC.
McDaniel, a junior left-handed pitcher from Hickory, N.C., allowed four runs, two earned, on 10 hits and one walk in a 5-4 win over Milligan. In addition, he struck out seven batters in a eight innings of work.

Bergin, a junior designated hitter from Tampa, Fla., posted a .636 batting average as he belted two homers, drove in four and scored three runs. He also lined a pair of doubles, helping him to boast a 1.364 slugging percentage.
