Ms. Elrod has been an employee at Tennessee Wesleyan College since 2000.  She began working at TWC as the Executive Assistant to the President.  Ms. Elrod began "sponsoring" the TWC Cheerleaders in 2004.  She "changed hats" and began working as the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director (Stan Harrison) in 2006 and when Coach Harrison accepted the Vice President for Enrollment Services in 2007 she is currently his assistant in the Enrollment Services division.  Ms. Elrod also works with the Athletic Director (Donny Mayfield) and other coaches as needed.

Expectations for a TWC Cheerleader requires dedication, hard work, excellence in the class room as well as campus life participation.  They are expected to represent TWC with pride.

Ms. Elrod resides in Englewood and is married to Jeff Elrod.  They have two sons, Brian and Blake.
