Tennessee Wesleyan College is getting two more McMinn County High School golfers, but the Bulldogs will have to wait a year for one of them.

McMinn seniors Tyler Reynolds and junior Drew Mays signed with TWC last week.

"I play golf at Springbrook, too, and I've watched them play," said Wesleyan Coach Mike Poe. "They are both good golfers. They, like all high school golfers, have to learn the work ethic required for college golf, but they both have a lot of ability. They both can be good golfers for us."

Reynolds said there were several factors involved in choosing Wesleyan, among them the fact TWC is nearby. He talked to Lee a bit, but ultimately decided he'd rather be a Bulldog.

"It's right here at home and it's a great atmosphere there," Reynolds said. "Coach Poe is a great coach and I've got teammates there. It's a good school and it's got a great golf program."
