Meghan Neffendorf joined the Tennessee Wesleyan University Athletic Training staff in the fall of 2015. Neffendorf comes to Wesleyan from Campbellsville University where she began as an assistant athletic trainer in 2013, primarily covering men's soccer, baseball, and men's & women's golf.
A native of Frohna, Mo., Neffendorf received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Missouri State University in 2011. During her time at Missouri State, she served as a student athletic trainer for football and softball. She also worked with St. John's Sports Medicine Clinic and assisted with sports medicine for baseball and volleyball at Drury University.
In 2013, Neffendorf received her Master's of Science in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Administration from The University of New Mexico. While serving as a graduate assistant at UNM, she was primarily assigned to the softball program and assisted with football. She also provided coverage for men's and women's soccer, rugby, cross country and track and field tournaments and meets.
Neffendorf resides in Athens with TWU Assistant Baseball coach Brad Neffendorf and son Kash.
